HOTEL BOOKINGS & GROUP CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

For no charge to you, ARIMICO can help you and your friends + family with any hotel booking (however difficult to get peak rooms may incur a fee as extra effort is required). ARIMICO is also happy to make personalized hotel recommendations depending on your need. Your rate will be the same as the website list price and depending on the hotel it could be a lower rate and/or enhanced offerings.

Looking to book several rooms? ARIMICO has your back! Our company has expertise in negotiating group rates and securing additional upgrades and/or free rooms (depending on the size of the room block). Kindly reach out and provide the location and dates you would like.

CHARGEABLE FULL ITINERARY PLANNING

We know that you’re busy and that planning trips can be exhausting. ARIMICO is here to help you maximize time for yourself and your loved ones.

To begin the process kindly fill out this contact form and a representative will send you an interest form to fill out. Fees for the Full Itinerary Planning are based on the amount of time ARIMICO spends planning your custom itinerary. The hourly rate is $100, with a minimum planning fee of $300, which generally covers trips of up to three days in length (for 2 persons - rate increases with more persons). The planning fee for a one week trip for two run at about $500-800, depending on the complexity and amount of cities.

The final product consists of a written itinerary that includes suggestions for sightseeing/activities/restaurants in each location based on your interests. If you'd like more structure, ARIMICO offers the option of adding a personalized “day-to-day” to your final written itinerary, which will add about another hour of planning time per week of your trip. Your final package will also include transportation suggestions and lodging confirmations. Kindly note that restaurant bookings and transportation arrangements have a reservation fee at ARIMICO’s discretion; however, it is waived for VIP repeat clients.

Because this service typically includes a partner hotel of ARIMICO, the savings on the hotel bookings alone will often equal or exceed the planning fee.

The minimum fee of $300 is due when you submit your interest form and ARIMICO starts the planning process. You will be invoiced for any additional time when your final itinerary is sent to you prior to your trip.
